These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the JuroFlow platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Temok Technologies, doing business as JuroFlow (“JuroFlow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using JuroFlow, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

JuroFlow provides software, automation, AI-powered tools, CRM functionality, analytics, and workflow systems designed for law firms and legal professionals.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• CRM and intake management tools

• Marketing and lead workflow automation

• AI-assisted communication, analytics, and decision-support tools

• Reputation and review management features

• Reporting and dashboard functionality

JuroFlow is a technology platform, not a law firm, legal advisor, or provider of legal services.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Use JuroFlow solely for lawful business purposes

• Have the authority to bind the firm or organization you represent

You agree to use JuroFlow only in connection with legitimate legal services and professional activities.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

• All activity occurring under your account

• Ensuring users within your firm comply with these Terms

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected security breaches via our contact form.

4. CRM, AI Tools, and Automation

CRM Use

JuroFlow’s CRM tools are designed to help manage leads, contacts, and workflows. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of data entered

• Compliance with applicable laws governing client communications

• Ensuring appropriate consent for messaging and outreach

AI Tools

JuroFlow uses AI to assist with automation, analysis, and workflow optimization.

You acknowledge and agree:

• AI outputs are assistive and informational, not legal advice

• AI tools do not replace attorney judgment or professional responsibility

• You remain solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated insights

JuroFlow makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of AI-generated content.

5. Data Ownership and Control

• All data uploaded to JuroFlow remains your property

• JuroFlow acts as a service provider / data processor

• We process data solely to deliver Services as instructed by you

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any data within the platform.

6. Third-Party Services and Vendor Terms

JuroFlow relies on third-party vendors and infrastructure providers (including but not limited to hosting, messaging, AI, analytics, and automation services).

By using JuroFlow, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable third-party terms and acceptable use policies

• Acknowledge that availability and functionality may depend on third-party services

• Accept that JuroFlow is not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party providers

Violation of vendor policies may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use JuroFlow to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities

• Violate attorney ethics rules or professional standards

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful communications

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

• Store or transmit malware or harmful code

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label JuroFlow without written authorization

• Circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as legal advice

JuroFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Billing and Payment Terms

Fees

• Fees are billed as agreed during onboarding or subscription setup

• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless expressly stated

• Setup, implementation, or onboarding fees are non-refundable

Payment Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information

• Maintain valid payment methods

• Pay all fees on time

Failure to pay may result in:

• Suspension of Services

• Termination of account access

• Loss of data after applicable retention periods

9. No Guarantees or Legal Outcomes

JuroFlow does not guarantee:

• Case outcomes

• Revenue increases

• Client acquisition results

• Compliance outcomes

Results depend on numerous factors beyond JuroFlow’s control, including firm operations, staff performance, and market conditions.

10. Confidentiality and Professional Responsibility

JuroFlow is designed to support confidentiality, but you remain responsible for:

• Maintaining attorney-client privilege

• Ensuring proper access controls within your firm

• Complying with ethical and regulatory obligations

Use of the platform does not alter your professional responsibilities.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• For violation of these Terms

• For non-payment

• To comply with legal obligations

• To protect platform security or integrity

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, subject to applicable data retention policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All JuroFlow software, content, trademarks, and systems are owned by Temok Technologies or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription term.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• JuroFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES

• JuroFLOW IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

• LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID DURING THE PRECEDING [12] MONTHS

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JuroFlow from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Services

• Data you upload or process

• Violations of law or professional rules

• Breach of these Terms

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of JuroFlow constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
